iova (“we”) is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. For anything in this policy, contact contact@iova.ai.

What you submit through our demo and pilot forms: name, work email, company, company website, the vertical you select, and anything you write in the message field. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs. We use aggregate, cookie-free page analytics, with no cross-site tracking and no ad pixels.

To respond to your request, schedule demos, and run the pilot program. We do not sell or rent your information. We do not send marketing you didn’t ask for, and every email we send tells you how to make us stop.

Form submissions are delivered to our company inbox via our email provider and stored in our mailbox and hosting logs. Service providers (hosting, email delivery) process data on our behalf and only for these purposes.

Photos you send us for visualization stay yours. We use them only to produce your visuals, we don’t publish them without written permission, and we delete them on request. We do not use your photos to train models without your explicit consent.

We keep lead data while it’s useful for the conversation. Email contact@iova.ai to access, correct, or delete anything we hold about you. We comply with PIPEDA (Canada) and honor equivalent requests from anywhere.
